Pimple on lower area under testical??

I have a pimple like bump on the area between my testicals and anus. It does fill up and pop ever now and than, letting out white liquid and blood. I've have this for about three months now but I don't want to see a doctor. Any ideas on what it may be or how to heal it?? Thank you

Epididymis Bump Issue

I just started noticing when I masturbate a bump appear in my epididymis(Or i think so at least), it doesn't hurt or anything. Is it just the veins getting bigger to bring the sperm up or what? Please help! Thanks
