URGENT from the last two days i am having a feeling like my right testis is elevated and is streched towards my upper body, n the same streched feeling is in my lower abdomen . Can i know wat is this..?

epididymis removal possible?

I have had pain in epididymis for years. Took anti biotics for years. im over it nothing works. I want to remove epididymis. will this make the pain go away 100%. No need to tell me i want be able to have kids. pain is to much. Must remove them to much pain.

Lump or swolen muscle?

I woke up with a lump near the base but on the shaft on my penis this morning only to find out that i cannot get a full erection. I can manage to get one up a lil but but as soon as i stop trying its gone instantly. I have never had a problem like this befor.
