lower abdomain, lower back and testicle discomfort

ok this started with vomiting and lower ab discomfort. i thought it was the stomach virus going around. 2 days later my lower back started to hurt, now my testicles are hurting too. There isnt any noticeable swelling and the vomiting went away. Any advice would be a huge help.

i have got a yellow node in lower right portion of my scortum. sometimes its itchy, but usually i dont even feel it there. it has been there for at least a year now. i am not sexually active so its not syphilis, that i know. i dont find it linked to my testicals. can it be cancer or something??
