some time i feel a slight pain in on of my balls left or right .... irregular contraction and relaxing of scrotum for example somtime when i feel hot my balls do not relax and some time when feel hot my balls contract .... by the way i have undescended testicle i did a surgical operation to get it...

small bump on left side of scrotum that itches

i have a small red bump about pea size on the left side of the scrotum....and only at night it itches...it itches for about a roughly 20 min...usually if i stop itching it it will stop itching...ive had it for about a year and i thought it might be a fungus. Can anybody help?
