Hello I am 14, and have many of what I believe are cysts on my scrotum skin. They are about the size of half a BB, and hurt quite a bit when squeezed. I popped one yesterday, and white pus and blood came out. What are they? Should I be worried? A reply would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
