Small bump on scrotum?

I have a small hard bump on my scrotum, not like on my testicles, but at the bottom of the sac. It feels similar to bumps I used to get when I got really bad heat rash on my thighs from my legs rubbing together. I It doesn't appear to have fluid inside. Any ideas What this could be? Thanks,

hey i am only 19 and i have an horrible problem.... my right testicle dont feel right anymore and feels slightly rotated at the top at times and sometimes painful... iam have been havign trouble getting an erection and havnt experience a spontanous erection or morning erection since this started...

I just recently had sex with a girl 2 days later my testicals are 80% red and itch a bit and almost seem dry maybe? I wouldn't even be worried but it is just so weird that it happened right after.
