Feeling in throat

I get this feeling in my throat that makes me want to throw up and i try to throw up but i can't, i'm scared to eat because i usually get that feeling in my throat while eating, it is a horrible feeling, it's like my throat is getting tighter. any ideas on what it could be ?

Growth at back of thoat(right side)

Hi I have a gowth/lump at the back of my throat on the right side. Not sure if it is my tonsils or further back. It's no different in colour to the rest of my throat and does not cause me pain.
