Dry Cough and fever, my throat makes a crackling sound

So I tried a e-cig (I've never smoked anything before that) on Friday, I hated it. I was fine Saturday and Sunday but Monday I woke up with a fever and a cough. My fever is gone now but the dry cough is still there. Also when I exhale completely my throat makes a crackling sound.
