i have a lump in my throat and its kind of hard its been there for a while and it doesnt hurt but sumtimes i get a stuffy nose on that side and i get nose bleeds when i push it it moves around and theres 1 on the other side but its smaller i dunno what it is but im pretty scared its cancer
