Any medicine or treatment for a constant spitting?

When i was 12years old i had a tongsil at that time my one tongsil jst break after that till now i feel like something stuck inside neck n keep on spiting. Till now i keep on spiting. There is any medicine or treatment to cure it????

Throat Pain/Trouble Swallowing after being hit in my throat. Is pain when breathing dangerous?

I got "throat punched" today and about 45 minutes after i noticed it hurt to swallow. Ive tried drinking something and it hurt extremely bad. I have not tried eating foods. When i take a deep breath in it hurts, but when i cough it doesnt. Is this dangerous? Should i see a doctor?
