Hi, i have had a bump on my neck, not in my throat, but on my neck and i thought it was a pimple at first but when i tried to pop it nothing came out and then i tried to pop it with a needle and still nothing and now it really hurts and is red, could anyone help me?

sore throat, it hurts even to talk!

ive had a verrrry sore throat for the last 4 days and ive noticed red spots in the back of my throat. my voice has gotten very hoarse and its getting t the point where it hurts even to talk. i tested negative for strep and i dont think i have mono because im not tired. can anybody help?
