Lump between my collarbones in my throat. Can it be from dehydration?

I am having pain in my throat that does not stay at a particular point/place since last 4 months. It travels near collar bones to upwards near the adam's apple. sometimes it even disappears. Doctors say it may be acid reflux but no concrete solution is received yet. Kindly suggest what to do?
