scalp, throat & neck

For 3 days I have had a sore throat, neck tenderness and scalp tenderness - all on the left side. The neck & scalp tenderness is really very sore to the touch as if the skin has been burned. My throat has a few red spots in the back - only on the left side. Any ideas?

Sore throut caused by lump

Hey, im a 14 year old male and 2 weeks ago i had a pretty bad sore throut and was just sick. now about 2 days ago a lump about the size of a grape has appeared and hurts non-stop. everytime i swallow the lump hurts and i have never had a lump in my throut. I was just wondering what it is? thanks.

hard brown phlegm with blood

I woke up this morning and I felt something stucks in my throat. I spat it out and a hard brown phlegm came out. I spat again and I noticed a blood on my saliva.  I makes me worry since it happened two times in a 4 months. What should I do? Is this serious? Thanks for helping.
