Sore chest and phelghm

i have a cough which is sometimes tickly then becomes dry as the day goes on, my chest really hurts and i have a sore throats runny nose and my right ear is very sore, it brings up alot of phleghm too.. any ideas?

damaged vocal chord

i am a singer and i appear to have damaged my vocal chords, i am finding it difficult to scale from low to high, my voice becomes weak and i am completely missing notes, any remedy suggestions woukd be gratefully welcomed.
