i had this feeling of shortness of breath for over a year now....it's pretty scary especially at night. it felt like my throat's tightening and i'm gasping for air...there are also times when i just felt all clogged in my nasal cavity down my throat..wondering what this is..

Hi I choke on my own. When I'm not doing anything or just watching tv or out to eat with my mom. Not sure why I just choke out of then air when I'm at the hotel eating breakfast and it hurt so bad. It was embarrassing.
