Has anyone out there tried Low Dose Naltrexone for help with their Hashimoto's symptoms, and if you have, is/was it helpful? I have been reading about it lately, and not sure if it is just another fad or if it really does help. Thanks so much. :)

I was just doing a regular ultra sound exam yesterday and Dr found a small 3mm cyst on my Thyroid gland. She said it's a "water cyst" and that i should not be worried about it that much.
