My daughter has funny symptoms

My daughter was sick about a week ago and now she has white spots on her tongue and a raised rash that starts out like red spots spreading all over her arms and legs. She's not in pain at all. Still playing, talking, crawling. She still has a slight fever. Any one know whats up?
