where do I go to test fertility? Would an obgyn be able to test it or my primary care physician?

This may sound like a really stupid question but where do I go to test fertility ? I am worried I'm not able to have children and although I am not trying right now, it will be nice to know in the future I can. Would an obgyn be able to test fertility or my primary car physician?
