Can fertipil plus for women cause a delayed period?

Bought Fertipil for women in August 2023 and now my periods for September 2023 are delayed have taken 2 preganacy  tests and both are negative. Does this product cause delayed or missed periods as I had a regular cycle before using this product.

I went to have my tubes tied at age 38 for birth control purposes. When they tried to tie them they started to hemmorage, therefore they removed both tubes. I am almost 41 now and have been feeling movement for a week, and have bloating and backache. What are the chances I could be pregnant????

Fallopian Tube Removal and the effect on hormones
