I am trying to get pregnant in this month before period i am spotting and in period heavy brown discharge i am pregnant?Last month i use Cyclogest progesterone pessaries for doctor suggestion and last month doctor given some injection also to get pregnant.

Hello, I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2012 (lost my left tube) and now have PCOS. I've tried Clomid I responded it to well but no baby, no my DR has put me on Femara has anyone had these issues and gotten pregnant? I'm looking into IVF now to see if that works. Any help is appreciated....
