getting pregnant on elleste duet?

i was given elleste duet to kick-start my periods as i had had none for a few years. i now wish to concieve, but am unsure if i can become pregnent while on elleste duet, and if i do, how will i know?

I have been on my birthcontrol for about two years, and i stopped taking it about 5 days ago because I am trying to conceive but today i started cramping and bleeding not bad, but i was wondering how long it would be before I could become pregnant?
