Ivf transfer. feel like my period is going to start

Hi. I'm new to this. I did my ivf 5 day transfer on July 22nd. Yesterday I felt like I had this tender in my boons and my smell to food was crazy. Real strong. Today I did some errands (July 25) and now my legs feel like I'm going to start my period. Please help I do my blood test on July 31st.

I was on my period before I had it removed and then I stopped bleeding and now after I was doing my normal morning workout I got it again but light and I'm cramping idk if this is normal...
