Burning and redness, last night I shaved myself

I woke up this morning with no problems at all. I got into the bath and after I scrubbed there with a wash cloth and soap it started getting red and burning. Three nights ago I shaved there and was in a hurry and that part is always sensitive on me. How can I make this go away soon?

I was on levora for 11 months, I stopped it on March 27 and had withdrawel bleeding 4 days after. I tested postive for ovulating OPK, on April 8-10. We had unprotected sex April 5, 17,19 and I tested for pregnancy today April 24 and got negative. Am I waiting for a period or a positive pregnancy...
