I had my period a week early( lasted a week, pretty,heavy). Then and then it stopped. Me and my fiance had unprotected and he ejaculated in me about 2-3 times. clomid and provera, when to start use it?

I'm very confused on when to take my clomid.i thought I was suppose to start it on the 5th day of my cycle, but the nurse said to take the clomid on day 5 of taking the provera. Someone please help me understand this.
