can i get preganat after ectopic pregancy withone ovary and a tied tube

was preganat in 2003 and had a ectopic pregancy and doctor said he tied my left tube but can not become preganat so i would  like some advice about how to become not just by IVF but naturely .

Corpeus Lutheum cyst on my overy

Hello, I had an ultra sound on Wednesday which showed i had a Corpeus Lutheum cyst on my overy. I am two days late for my period is this delaying it? Also could still i be pregnant with this type of cyst?
