Hi me and my boyfriend have been talking about having another baby but I now only have one ovary and I know I can still get pregnant but im not really sure how to track wich month I ovulate from the only overy I have left does anyone have any ideas or pointers on how I can figure that out?

I just had unprotected sex and don't know what's going on.
