august 2013  I was diagnosed of minimal ptb left lung, my dr.gave me 4 different drugs to take in for 6 months, after 6 months of medication my xray result was like this.. Tuburculosis

I would like to know more about the bacteria that causes tuberculosis and the way it is spread. Is there anybody who could share this info with me. I suffered from two pneumonias and I read somewhere that I am more likely to contract tuberculosis. Any info is highly appreaciated. Thx

I am going to be travelling to Thailand at the end of the year. I am looking forward to seeing the most remote areas. I am hoping to see Nepal too. I have heard that there is still a fairly high risk of TB there. Do I need to take any drugs for that? I heard about pyrazinamide. What is that like?...

Chest and back pain when I breathe, due to treatment?

Its been 3months on ARvs and a month on tb treatment. Since ive been taking tb treatment,Im experiencing chest and back pain when i breath on the left side. The pain is so terrible and sometimes i cant even turn as it stabs so badly. Is it due to treatment or what?

Sore throat throughout the year

I always have slight cold & sore throat.. Most of the time only one nostril is open. Moreover, I get a feeling that other folks when they are near me start sneezing as if they have cold. Saw the doctor.. could not diagnose anything. Any suggestions..?
