I started a detox program with Braggs apple cider vingar, lemon juice and sea salt with 8 Oz of water every morning. I now have this tenderness 2 inches left of my belly butyon, it comes and goes.....I stopped drinking the detox. I need to move bowels more often, that's why I started that program....
