Top part of my tummy feels weird, it is swollen, bloated and itchy

I am having complications swelling and weird itching and feeling blotted at top of my belly. I is driving me crazy I want to put my binder back on and keep it on and I am almost 2 years out from surgery. Anyone have any ideas?
