lower stooomach pain

I am a 14yr old male who has at the moment an uncomfoortable feeling I my loower stomach. I believe it could because I don't get enough sleep and Or I doooont eat right. Its noot a testicular problem. It feels like I need too take a crap(sit on the toilet) but when I do nothiong happens. Plz help.

abdominal cramps on right side

Get moderate to severe muscle cramps on right side of abdomin. This occurs while sitting down or standing up while yawning or taking a deep breath. During cardio it acts up and right side of stomach knots up, pain will radiate up to right shoulder.
