I am 14 years old and I can feel Lower pain

I'm 14 years old and i can feel the pain on my left lower side above the pelvis. I don't know what it is I just woke up and i made a bowel movement. When I made that bowel movement the pressure there went down. Does anyone have ideas on what it could be
