i keep having stomache pains, it comes and goes alot and it goes normally from my right hand side of my stomache to the left. It feels like theres a burning sensation in my belly felling like its going to explode i have suffered with very bad kidneys in the past. What should i do?

:'( My doctor is putting it all down to gas!!!! Due to the fact that I suffer from IBS.. My tongue changes colour ranging from a dirty yellow and or brown accompanied with a dirty taste. The bloated goes if I eat only boiled rice!

I really feel like I have or need to go to the restroom but maybe it's just interjestion. A year or so ago I did go to the hostipal. They told me to take sudafed for my pain. So I did that today. I feel some better but what is wrong with me/
