Pains in belly button all of a sudden

I'm am really happy I have read these comments, they have made me feel not a s alone . These pains when I least expect them ☹️ They kill and and I can't get up for ages and I want to know what is going on

Pain in my upper stomach, just below the rib cage

The pain starts in the morning, around 3-8 am. It only hurts when move, but when im still, the pain is gone. And it happens only when im in bed. It is in the center part, upper abdomen, just below the rib cage.

horrible lower back pain and ache in small area bellow my belly button?

@3-4days ago, my lower back was horrible. Felt as if it was being cut in half there. The next day, a small area, below my belly button,  resting above my pelvic bone, i had to walk with a hunch, sort of. It felt as if skin was ripping in there, so I tried to not stand up straight to avoid pain....
