Undiagnosed Abdominal Pain

Back ache, please advice

I have had back ache every morning several months and doctors dont seem to find anything. Its my lower back its so stron that wakes me up early in the morning and it is hard to go to bathroom after I go the pain gets usually less. Now I try to eat higer fiber food but I dont see the diffrence

I have constant upper right quadrant pains

I have been having upper right quadrent pains for about 2 years now.. I did have a bought of panacarititis about 2 years ago. My blood work says that my pacacris is fine. I am constantly sick to my stomach. I am tired of living like this. Can some one help me. Boise Idaho
