side effects of ferrous sulphate

I have iron deficiency anemia and am going to take ferrous sulphate to attempt to cure it. I hope that my anemia will be better soon, and that I will start feeling a lot less tired because of that too! I do want to know if ferrous sulphate has any side effects that I should know about?

Can I take too much b12 in a day. How much is too much and can it harm me if I take two or three a day instead on one. Will it just flush out or can it harm me. I am always depressed unless I stay on b12 daily. what a difference in mood and attitude especially during winter months.
