Painless skin coloured lump bikin area

i'm 23 yrs married woman, my menstral cycle is regular, but very painful and experiencing complete lack of sexual desire. My nipples are larger in size and sometimes painful/tender. Is it due to hormone deficiency? Please help me.

what symptoms i have?

i have a back pain i thought it was a upper back pain and loss of appetite, during i eat, i vomit, my menstruation is not normal, sometimes 1 and half month after i have menstruation. and sometimes i eat to much but im not gaining weight.
