Hair growing too close to vaginal opening

Mid cycle bleeding and on the pill for 8 months

I'm on the pill. I have about 2 weeks before I should be starting my period. But I experienced some bleeding yesterday and today. And a very slight, dull lower abdominal pain as well. I'm not pregnant. What could it be? Is it normal? I am also recovering from being sick. But I wasn't on antibiotics....

Left flank pain
