35 and my boobs are hurting and they are not big what is the cause?

I have 1 overly. My tubes are tied & burnt. I have regular menstrual cycles. Just over the last month my tits are hurting so badly it's an unbaring pain and Ask why and what it could be. I have a family history of breast and cervical cancer. #worried any advice?
