lump between my vulva and rectum

I was bleeding after having intercourse for the first time

Hi! So the day my period was due I became constipated and have had pain in my abdomen since. It has been 3 days and my period has still not come and these symptoms have yet to gone away. I have no other symptoms though. Any idea what could be wrong with me?? Thank you so much!!!
