6months pregnant with very nauseas all the time with bad stomach cramps

I am currently 6months pregnant, I still get very bad nausea and have stomach cramps and headaches. I was told I have to much acid in my body and was wondering what is causing this. The cramps gets so bad and I feel sick. Anybody know?
