may 2008 my wife was hospitalized because she had hemorrhagic fever and her platelet count went down to 30 below the normal level but she was asymptomatic she didnt have any rash nor bleeding is just my her platelets alone as their basis, so they rehydrated her and she was discharged after 3 days...
