unknow sickness

My friend has been sick for 3 days now. First day she had alot of vomiting sore back. Same the second day but less vomiting. Now she has bad gag reflex, vomiting and sore back.Hot flashes also all 3 days. What do you think it could be?

I have been getting dizzy throughout my days? & for the past 2 days I've felt nausea... I've heard to take a pregnancy test, but my cycle has been completely off till Feb it went back to it's normal amount of days. Am I in denial? should I take a test?
