I am 39 years old and definitely not pregnant, but i am suffering from aggressive headaches on and off for a month now, waves of nausea sometimes for the whole day and it lasts for days at a time, i am not vomiting though. i have odd pains on my heart side of the rib cage but just below where the ribs end, pain in my neck and hip, not all at the same time but i am generally feeling worn out, i am sleeping but i am still very tired and i have felt dizzy on several occasions.
can anyone help?
