Hurt butt cheeks

I woke up one day and I had about ten little red bumps in the inside of my butt crack, they're only inside of my but cheeks but very painful and kinda itchy. There's only a few near my anus but that's it. I have tried everything and nothing's worked but I need some opinions before I go to a doctor....

I'm due to get both procedures done at the same time, in the Dr's office. They are giving me valume and something for pain during the procedures, is this normal to be awake during this?
