each time I clench my private parts I feel the sensation of having to urinate

So each time I clench my vagina I feel the sensation of having to pee. And I also have been peeing frequently even in small amounts. Any comments on this?

I had a baby close enough to a year ago it was a vaginal birth. I got on the depo shot but have recently stopped about 3 months ago. i started gettin a white discharge seems normal.. About 4 or 5 days ago i started spotting/ having brownish discharge.. Now im bleeding a light red color its not heavy...
