Weightloss Plateau--- 5'8 and still 184 Lbs?
I am a 49 y/o female, and weigh 184 Lbs. I workout 5x a week and always eat lean TV dinners and veggies, and slim fast shake at lunch. Also have a protein smoothy breakfast w/ 1/2 banana and 1/2 scoop soy powder. Will I ever get past this weight plateau at 184 Lbs?
