Fallopian tubes removed, late period, and bloating

I have no fallopian tubes and I haven't had a period in 2 1/2 months can I still get pregnant. Please let me know. When I eat my belly gets big and I don't eat that much. Sometimes I can't get enough to eat

losing weight fast after getting gallbladder removed and gall stones taken out
