I am almost 13, and i am overweight some. I weigh 157 pounds and i am 5'6 1/2 . My goal is to weigh 135-140 pounds and that's where i should be at. I've been trying to watch what i eat and i've been running more, but for some reason i still keep gaining weight :( Can somebody please help!
