Lump in throat
I have a large lump in the back right side of my throat, I have problems swallowing, it feels like there's something caught in my throat, my throat hurts at times, and my right ear hurts at times. This has been going on for awhile now. I have no tonsils. Should I be concerned.

I was having a shower and wen I came out noticed my earing was in my ear but the back was gone I am unsure if the back has gone in my ear it was a round ball earing and the ball bit was first in my ear not the end were the back goes
