head aches
I get migrains, so i think they are migrains... Its a horrible headache that will cause my ears to hurt and throb, and messes with my vision and makes me sick to my stomach, they are unbarable at times, not even medicine will help... Any ideas to if these are actually migrains or should i get them...

IGIRARD hurt my foot about a week ago I can walk on it it just hurts but not a lot. It feels a lot better in a shoe and I can some what run ater I rest it a while it feels really good. What should I do please help.
